In 2008, amidst the dynamic growth of Dubai's construction sector, SINERJI YUKSEK PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C was born with a singular vision: to revolutionize how construction projects are managed in the UAE.
Founded by Mthembeni Ndengezi, a seasoned construction professional with over two decades of international experience, our company began operations from a modest office in Dubai Investment Park. What set us apart from day one was our unwavering commitment to three core principles: integrity, excellence, and client satisfaction.
Our first project was a 20-villa residential development in Arabian Ranches. Despite being a newcomer to the Dubai market, we delivered the project two weeks ahead of schedule and 12% under budget. This achievement didn't go unnoticed. Word spread quickly about the new project management firm that actually kept its promises.

The early years were challenging. We faced the global financial crisis of 2008-2009, which hit Dubai's real estate sector particularly hard. Many firms closed their doors, but we saw opportunity in adversity. We pivoted our services to focus on cost optimization and value engineering, helping clients maximize their investments during uncertain times.
By 2012, we had completed 25 projects and earned ISO 9001 certification for our quality management systems. This milestone marked our transition from a startup to an established player in Dubai's construction management sector.
Our portfolio diversified rapidly. From residential villas, we expanded into high-rise apartments, commercial office buildings, industrial warehouses, and infrastructure projects. Each new sector brought unique challenges that helped us refine our methodologies and expand our expertise.
A defining moment came in 2015 when we were selected to manage the AED 180 million Dubai Marina Residential Tower project. This was our largest contract to date, and the stakes were high. The 45-story luxury development required coordinating hundreds of contractors, managing complex logistics, and maintaining stringent quality standards.
We delivered the Marina Tower two months ahead of schedule, earning industry recognition and establishing SINERJI YUKSEK as a name synonymous with large-scale project excellence. The success opened doors to even bigger opportunities.
