Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Material breach of contract by the other party
• Mutual agreement of both parties

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date, plus any costs incurred for winding down the project.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
